Tara is a Partner at Hinckley Allen & Snyder, LLP where she focuses her practice on white-collar defense, internal and government-initiated investigations and complex civil litigation.  She also represents individuals and institutions in administrative proceedings, such as Title IX and licensing matters, guiding clients through complex proceedings while ensuring procedural compliance and the full protection of their rights.

Tara is a double Terrier, having graduated from Boston University School of Law and BU’s undergraduate program. During law school, Tara participated in the Criminal Law Clinic and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul L. Friedman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Rohan is a Corporate Associate at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. where he advises privately held companies through mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, tech transactions, and a wide range of general corporate matters, supporting businesses throughout their entire lifecycle-- from formation to exit. 

Rohan earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his B.S. from Bryant University. Prior to law school, Rohan crunched numbers as a business analyst at Wayfair and IGT. In his spare time, Rohan loves trying new restaurants, yoga, and biking. Rohan is always available to provide guidance, advice, mentorship, or cute pictures of his cat, Prince.

Emaan Omar is a commercial property tax attorney in the Boston office of Ryan Law. Emaan represents commercial clients across multiple jurisdictions specializing in property tax appeals on both the administrative and district court levels.

Emaan received her undergraduate degree from UMass Amherst and her JD from Suffolk University Law School. 

Sapna Jain is a labor and employment attorney in Boston. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Georgia. Sapna represents clients in federal and state court, along with counseling clients on employment issues such as discrimination and harassment.

Sapna graduated from Wellesley College with a Political Science major and Economics minor.  She then attended Emory University School of Law. In her free time, Sapna enjoys traveling and cooking.

Puneet is an associate at Littler Mendelson, P.C. She represents clients in a wide array of labor and employment disputes. 

Puneet received her B. A. in English from the University of California, Irvine, and her JD from Boston College Law School. In her free time, she enjoys workout classes, cooking, and reading.

Bhumika Choudhary is an Associate at Cetrulo LLP where her practice focuses on toxic tort and products liability litigation. She also has experience in public policy analysis, legislative communications, and white-collar investigations.

Bhumika earned her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and both her M.A. in Public Policy and B.A. in English from Trinity College. In her free time, Bhumika enjoys photography, poetry, and watching movies.

Vaishali Goyal is a trusts and estates attorney advising individuals and their families on strategies for preserving and transferring wealth to future generations. She works with clients to devise and implement cohesive plans that achieve each family’s specific goals. 

Vaishali is a double Eagle after graduating from Boston College undergraduate and law school. During law school, Vaishali worked in the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney's Office serving the civil rights and defense litigation units.
