Ashwin is Director of Intellectual Property at Rapid7, a cybersecurity software company, where he has overall responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of all aspects of Rapid7's intellectual property operations.
Prior to joining Rapid7, Ashwin was Senior Associate at Campbell Stephenson, LLP in Austin, TX. Ashwin received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jay is an attorney in Boston. His interests are in policy research, budget matters, and legislation formation and amendment.
Jay is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law with a concentration in Health Policy & Law. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.S. in Food Science. In his spare time, Jay enjoys baking and being an Instagram influencer.

Krithika Rajkumar is a litigation associate at Holland & Knight. She represents individuals and corporations in general commercial litigation, labor and employment, and data privacy matters. She is licensed to practice in Ohio and Massachusetts.
Krithika received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Psychology as well as her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University.

Sapna is a Partner in Fragomen's Boston office. She has represented clients on a wide array of immigration matters, including family- and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications.
Sapna has represented professional athletes and clients in the healthcare, hospitality and infotech industries, among others. She also has extensive experience assisting clients in managing their immigration programs to remain compliant with relevant policies and regulations.

Tara is a senior associate at Hinckley Allen & Snyder, LLP where she focuses her practice on white-collar defense, internal and government-initiated investigations and civil litigation. Tara serves on the firm’s DEI Committee and is actively involved in the firm’s Women’s Forum.
Tara is a double Terrier, having graduated from Boston University School of Law and BU’s undergraduate program. During law school, Tara participated in the Criminal Law Clinic and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Paul L. Friedman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Jasmine Daniel is a corporate attorney in the Boston office of Gunderson Dettmer. Jasmine specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Her practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.
She graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Human Biology, Health, and Society. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Boston to attend Boston College Law School.
Sapna Jain is a labor and employment attorney in Boston. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Georgia. Sapna represents clients in federal and state court, along with counseling clients on employment issues such as discrimination and harassment.
Sapna graduated from Wellesley College with a Political Science major and Economics minor. She then attended Emory University School of Law. In her free time, Sapna enjoys traveling and cooking.
